About Us
Alfo Safari
Based in Malindi, Kenya, helping travelers explore the coastline, wildlife, and landscapes that make East Africa unforgettable.
Our Story
Rooted on the Kenyan Coast, Reaching Across East Africa
Alfo Safari is based in Malindi, Kenya, where the Indian Ocean coastline meets easy access to Kenya's safari circuit. We help travelers plan journeys that reflect what they actually want from their trip — not a fixed, one-size-fits-all package.
Whether you're drawn to the open plains of the Maasai Mara, the red-dust wilderness of Tsavo, or the coral reefs off Watamu, we work with you directly to shape an itinerary around your travel dates, interests, and group size.
We're honest about what we know and don't yet have confirmed — if you ask about specific accommodation partners, pricing, or logistics, we'll tell you plainly what's confirmed and what still needs to be arranged together.
Meet the Founder
Alfonze Kazungu
Alfo Safari is led personally by Alfonze Kazungu, a Malindi-based guide with years of experience showing travelers the best of the Kenyan coast and the Tsavo safari circuit.
Alfonze is known for being hands-on with every trip he plans — punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure each guest leaves with stories worth telling. Many of our guests travel with him more than once, and refer friends and family long after their trip ends.
When you reach out to Alfo Safari, you're reaching Alfonze directly — not a call center. That direct relationship is at the heart of how we plan every journey.
